What do you create? Visual stories, such as documentary or narrative films.
How did you land in Portland? I lost my last rent paying gig and decided to move here and do what I do, no matter what.
What is the last book you read? How to Fail by Aaron Goldfarb.
Name your favorite tattoo. The one on my right arm. It says “Uzoma” which is Nigerian for Born During a Journey.
What was the last thing you ate at a food cart? Thai over on NW 19th and Quimby.
Oregonian, Willamette Week, or Mercury? Mercury
What is your favorite bridge and why? The Hawthorne, but I love the bike lane on the Steel.
Stumptown Coffee or _________? Grindhouse Coffee on Rosa Parks and Denver.
Coast or Mountains? I would never choose.
Only in Portland moment? Fixy rider with no helmet, and no light, blows a stop sign at an intersection at night and yells at car that has to slam on the brakes.
A favorite local business? Ground Kontrol!
Are you a car person or a bike person? I do both. The ride is defined by the needs of the day.
If you could change one thing about Portland, what would it be? If I changed it, things wouldn’t be the same for me, and I don’t want to change even the struggles or the frustrations. If I can’t take it anymore, then I should move on.
